⚠️ Missable Achievements Warning

Several achievements can only be unlocked during specific episodes and cannot be obtained in later playthroughs without restarting. These are clearly marked with ⏰ MISSABLE tags below.

Episode 1: Pivot - Achievements (5 Total)

Episode 1 introduces basic achievements focusing on learning game mechanics and making first choices.

🏆 First Day on the Job

Story / Easy

Complete Episode 1

How to Unlock:

Automatic - simply finish Episode 1. Unlocks for 100% of players.

⭐ Perfect Dispatch

Skill / Medium⏰ MISSABLE

Successfully complete all Episode 1 emergency calls with optimal hero choices

How to Unlock:

Send the best-suited hero for each of the 3 main calls in Episode 1. Requires understanding hero stats.

Required Choices:

  • Call #1 (Bank Robbery): Send Golem (Combat 9, Vigor 10)
  • Call #2 (Missing Person): Send Sonar (Intellect 8, Charisma 6)
  • Call #3 (Rooftop Chase): Send Invisigal (Mobility 10) or Coupé (Mobility 9)

💡 Tip: Check mission requirements carefully. See our heroes guide for complete stat breakdowns.

💬 People Person

Social / Medium⏰ MISSABLE

End Episode 1 with positive relationships with all heroes and your boss

How to Unlock:

Choose supportive dialogue options throughout Episode 1. Avoid confrontational responses.

Key Choices:

  • First meeting: Choose "Thanks for the opportunity" (+2 boss relationship)
  • Office politics: Choose "Let's find a compromise" (+1 to all relationships)
  • Hero conversations: Always choose encouraging/supportive options

💡 Tip: You need +5 or higher relationship with all characters by episode end. Sending heroes on successful missions also boosts relationship.

🦸 Hero of the People

Story / Easy⏰ MISSABLE

Choose to evacuate civilians in the Episode 1 finale crisis

How to Unlock:

During the final mission of Episode 1, when presented with 3 strategic options, choose "Evacuate civilians first".

💡 Note: This choice results in the villain escaping (returns in Episode 4), but saves the most lives and earns hero team's respect. See our all choices guide for consequences.

⚡ Speed Runner

Challenge / Hard

Complete Episode 1 in under 90 minutes

How to Unlock:

Finish the entire Episode 1 playthrough in less than 90 minutes (1 hour 30 minutes).

Strategy:

  • Skip optional dialogue (press Space/X to skip through conversations)
  • Make instant decisions - don't deliberate on choices
  • Best attempted on 2nd+ playthrough when you know the story
  • Incompatible with exploration achievements in same playthrough

💡 Tip: Average first playthrough takes 1.5-2 hours. Speed run requires skipping most dialogue.

Episode 2: Onboard - Achievements (7 Total)

Episode 2 introduces more challenging achievements requiring strategic planning and hero management.

🏆 Onboard and Onwards

Story / Easy

Complete Episode 2

How to Unlock:

Automatic - finish Episode 2.

🛡️ No Hero Left Behind

Management / Medium⏰ MISSABLE

Complete Episode 2 without sending any fatigued heroes on missions

How to Unlock:

Manage your hero roster carefully. Heroes who were overused in Episode 1 start Episode 2 fatigued (shown with yellow warning icon).

Strategy:

  • In Episode 1, rotate heroes evenly - don't use same hero more than twice
  • In Episode 2, check hero status before every assignment
  • Use alternative heroes even if suboptimal - fatigue penalty is worse

💡 Tip: Fatigued heroes have -2 to all stats. Better to send a fresh B-tier hero than a fatigued S-tier hero.

🎯 Master Dispatcher

Skill / Hard⏰ MISSABLE

Achieve perfect success rate on all Episode 2 calls with no property damage or injuries

How to Unlock:

Every mission must be completed with optimal hero and perfect execution (no collateral damage).

Required Perfection:

  • Chemical Spill: Send Sonar (if fresh) or Malevola - avoid Golem
  • PR Crisis: Send Prism (Charisma 9) - no alternatives acceptable
  • Multi-hero Mission: Send Coupé + Golem for perfect synergy

💡 Tip: Review our Episode 2 walkthrough for detailed mission guidance.

💜 Heart to Heart

Story / Medium⏰ MISSABLE

Have a meaningful personal conversation with a hero in Episode 2

How to Unlock:

During Robert's personal crisis scene (mid-episode), choose "I need to talk to someone" instead of handling it alone.

You'll then select which hero to confide in. This choice determines your main confidant for the rest of the series and unlocks unique storylines in Episodes 3-8.

💡 Bonus: Whichever hero you choose gets +5 relationship and becomes available for special missions later.

🤝 Dynamic Duo

Synergy / Easy

Successfully complete the first multi-hero mission in Episode 2

How to Unlock:

Complete the 2-hero mission near the end of Episode 2 successfully (any hero combination works).

💡 Note: This is the first mission requiring multiple heroes. Different pairings have different synergy bonuses - experiment to find your favorites!

✨ Perfect Pairing

Synergy / Medium⏰ MISSABLE

Complete the multi-hero mission with the optimal hero combination (Coupé + Golem)

How to Unlock:

Send Coupé and Golem together on the Episode 2 multi-hero mission. This combination has highest synergy bonus (+2 to all stats).

💡 Tip: Coupé's mobility (9) pairs perfectly with Golem's combat (9) and vigor (10) for balanced excellence. See our tier list for all synergy pairings.

🔍 Completionist

Exploration / Medium

Explore all optional dialogue and office interactions in Episode 2

How to Unlock:

Between missions, talk to all available characters in the office. Click on every character with a speech bubble icon.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I unlock all achievements in one playthrough?

No. Some achievements are mutually exclusive (e.g., Speed Runner vs. Completionist). Minimum 2-3 playthroughs required for 100%. Some story choices also lock you out of certain achievements.

What happens if I miss a missable achievement?

You'll need to replay that episode from the beginning in a new playthrough. Dispatch has no manual save system, so you can't reload to retry a specific choice. However, starting a new playthrough is easy from the main menu.

Do achievements carry across playthroughs?

Yes! Once unlocked, achievements are permanently registered to your Steam account. You don't need to unlock them again. This allows you to focus on different achievements in each playthrough.

How difficult is 100% completion?

Moderate difficulty. Most achievements are straightforward with a guide. The hardest are Master Dispatcher (requires perfect mission execution) and Speed Runner (requires skipping content). Expect 15-20 hours total for 100%.

Are there any glitched achievements?

As of the latest patch, all achievements are functioning correctly. If an achievement doesn't unlock, try restarting the game. Some achievements have a slight delay (1-2 seconds) before the Steam notification appears.
